At The Humble Guys, every piece is made with intention — not mass-produced. Because of that, we keep things simple, fair, and respectful of both sides.
🔁 Returns
We currently do not accept returns for refunds due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
We encourage you to check sizing carefully before ordering — each piece is crafted specifically for you.
🔄 Exchanges & Store Credit
We’ve got you if something’s off.
If you need a different size or item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- We’ll offer store credit or an exchange (where applicable)
👉 In most cases, you won’t need to return the item
We keep it simple so you don’t deal with long shipping delays or extra hassle.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Misprinted
- Or incorrect
We’ll make it right.
📩 Email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
🌍 International Orders (Important)
Orders shipped outside your country may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
These fees are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
📦 Refused Packages
If an order is refused due to customs fees or delivery issues:
- The order will not be refunded

- 30-day return window from delivery for unworn, unwashed, unused items.
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refund issued within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are excluded where legally permitted.
